This week our Guest was Chad Clay from Aladtec. You can listen to the show HERE
Aladtec started out doing web development in early 2000s. In 2002 a local ambulance company contacted Aladtec asking for a scheduling software andEMS Manager emerged in 2002. Using the basis of EMS Manager, Aladtec soon added Fire Manager to their product list (in 2008/09) at the urging of several Fire Departments who were using EMS Manager. Zanager (geared towards Police, Public Safety, Security, etc) followed in 2011/12.
Aladtec was recently at the Wisconsin EMS Association Conference Jan 29 – Feb 01:
Aladtec currently Has over 1,000 customers throughout North America and more than 65,000 users…. Here are some customer reviews (as quoted on the show)
Anthony Tucci from Western Berks Ambulance on Friday, April 12, 2013: Since we moved to an online scheduling program our overtime costs have dropped and scheduling has become 100% easier. Our employees love the easy access and ease of use. Would give EMS Manager an A and would recommend to every EMS agency.
John Keller from Ashland Volunteer Rescue Squad on Tuesday, March 26, 2013: Our agency has been using EMS manager now for almost a year. The program has changed how we do scheduling, crew documentation and station memos. EMS manager has made it easier for us as volunteers to schedule anywhere there is internet access. This program is great!
