I’ve decided to go ahead and highlight my blogging year on each of my blogs.
I started this blog back in May 2013 with a Fort Worth PD Tweetalong.
First lets look at the top, most viewed, posts from 2014 (according to the stats)…
#5 – 2013 Arizona Stair Climb Event – Tucson, AZ (with 33 views)
#4 – #Safety Messages (36 views)
#3 – Transcript: Rosenberg Police #Tweetalong – July 17, 2013 (45 views)
#2 – “United We Stand” – Boot Sculpture (Fort Worth Fire Station 8) (46 views)
#1 – #Tweetalong Transcript for @CarrolltonTXPD: Feb 28, 2014 (101 views)
And for the top 5 Liked:
#5 – Primary Prevention
Looking back through the year, I chose my favorite from each month
January: The very first post I wrote this year was Firefighters, but I must say that my favorte post for January was Firefighter/Angel. I think it depicts what firefighters are to those whom they rescue — An angel.
February: The Hurrier I Go
April: My Final Blog Talk show was done with Dr. Rich Gasaway an expert in Situational Awareness on the Fireground.
In April there is also something called A-to-Z challenge. This year I did the History of Paramedicine (Back in 2013 I did #Safety Messages on a different blog I run, which I reblogged or shared here).
July: (only one) Train the Way You Fight
September: By far my favorite blog this month (though there weren’t many choices to start with) was the 2014 Arizona Stair Climb… I think that even if I had more posts done, this still would be my favorite. This was my second year going and I’m looking forward to going again in 2015.
November: Again, not many posts to choose from. I think my favorite was probably a Tweetalong Transcript post done with Arlington PD on November 15, 2014. There was a Situational Awareness Faux Pas as I reshared a post meant for a different blog.
and so we come to December: Which Way to “Fill the Truck”
